Our five large, private, romantic guest rooms with unique private baths await your visit. Rooms feature king or queen beds, soft robes, and scented candles. Each room is unique, some with a private balcony, private entrance, stained glass windows, tall ceilings and mountain ridge views from every window. All have TVs with cable and CD-playing clock radios, free wireless connectivity, snack basket, robes, candles, hairdryer and all have fireplaces (either gas log fireplaces, gas long stoves or Dimplex electrics).

"Romance rooms" feature whirlpool tubs for two. Each one is the same size--the decking and layout of each bath is different. Our rooms are larger than any in historic building in the North Carolina High Country (Boone, Blowing Rock)or Abingdon, VA,and they offer superior privacy.

You'll start your day with a hearty breakfast (included).

All rooms have TV, wifi, clock radios, robes,candles, snacks and central heat/air.

Eleven-foot ceilings and arched-top red Victorian glass windows are the basis for a wonderfully relaxing Romance Room — king bed, whirlpool tub for two, fireplace in the bedroom and another facing the tub, private door leading to the front porch. First floor location .
Rose Romance | Room 2 Honeymoons, anniversaries, proposals.. Queen size bed, fireplace, multi-state mountain view, whirlpool tub for two and large shower, two levels/stairs. Our most unusual and sought-after room. Adjacent to the upstairs front porch.

In the Garden | Room 3 — Great value in a wonderful, large room Queen size canopy bed with lace valance, large shower in a cozy bath, electric allergy-free fireplace, love seat for reading, ... spacious enough to add a twin bed (can sleep 3 with twin added)
Justin's Hideaway | Room 4    Romantic and fun, the perfect hideaway.. Snuggle here. Enjoy the new, contemporary queen size bed, large gas log fireplace, whirlpool tub for two with unique rain shower and candle shelf (see picture).. New decorating is fresh, young and light-hearted with garden view.	This room is the most private, at the back of the house and farthest from the upstairs porch where smoking is permitted)
Upstairs location - Smoking OK on porch only with door closed. Our inn is entirely non-smoking indoors per state law. Smoking is permitted on outdoor patios and porches only (with consideration for others guests.)	Wagner Bedroom | Room 5 Private porch with three-state views The home's master bedroom is reborn as a very comfortable, sunny room with antique-style queen-size bed, gas log stove, and private balcony. Relaxing antique claw-legged tub and separate modern shower in this large bath. Room to add a twin bed for a third person.

A Cottage in the Woods, -- Located about 9 miles from the inn, half way between Mountain City and Damascus, Va. This is an unhosted (no meals) three bedroom / two bath house is located on 30 acres with no neighbors nearby. It is perfect for families with children, friends getting away together and travelers bringing their dog on vacation. Fully furnished and ready for your two-day (or greater) stay. Long term rentals available at reduced prices. Couples: rent the entire facility for the ultimate in privacy. Minimum: 2 night stay.
