In the Garden (Room 3) — Spacious, queen bed, space for a twin bed, private bath with large shower stall and romantic electric fireplace.

Beautiful, Restful Room

This room includes a love seat for snuggling by the fireplace. It is painted a fresh spring green with a wallpaper border featuring herbs. The queen-size canopy style bed with lace valance fits easily in this large room with its own realistic electric fireplace and heart-pine original mantle . The cozy private bath is wallpapered in a garden theme and has a large shower stall and custom-made vanity.

A twin bed can be added, making this room suitable for three persons. This room may also be outfitted with a desk for business travelers. Included is cable TV, a sunset view, CD player candles, snacks and robes, making this a special room with an unusually good price.

Please request the twin bed in advance. Children 12 and under stay free. Additional fee for third adult in the room. No charge for two beds/two adults in the room.

Note: We are a no smoking indoors inn (permitted on some porches and in the garden). The upstairs front porch is about 10 steps from this room. No pets with the exception of formally trained service animals. Consult the innkeeper about pets staying in your vehicle. Pets are welcome at A Cottage in the Woods.
