Wagner Bedroom (Room 5) — Probably the original master bedroom for the Wagner family — and thus the name — is a large east-facing room includes an antique-style queen-sized bed and a cheerful green and pink color scheme. Dorothy's Pouting Porch—a small, private balcony with a three-state view—opens off the room (perfect if you smoke....). This room features a gas log stove, ceiling fan, antique bureau, and large closet. The room has original heart-pine and quarter-sawn oak floors. TV with VCR, clock/radio with MP3 dock.

Bath: The large private bath has an over-sized modern shower stall plus the home's first claw leg bath tub for a leisurely soak. The fireplace mantle is adorned with several candles for your use. The first owner’s initials are scratched in the glass. Our standard in-room amenities: cable TV, ceiling fan, snack basket and dish of candies, phone line, free wireless internet, bubble bath (rooms with tubs), candles, wine glasses, individual heat/air controls. Other items may be included.

No pets with the exception of formally trained service animals. Consult the innkeeper about pets staying in your vehicle. Pets are welcome at A Cottage in the Woods.
