When it's time to get away, where do you want to be? How does fresh air, mountain views, a big, private, beautifully-appointed guest room sound?
Will an historic house, a great breakfast, peace and quiet and helpful advice to find the great things to do fit your needs?
Prospect Hill Bed &Breakfast Inn (c. 1889) is just 24 minutes north of Boone, NC and just a bit further to Abingdon, VA. Here, you can relax, put aside your daily life to celebrate the milestones of your life and enjoy each other (stay connected, too).
Our delightful accommodations include whirlpool tubs, fireplaces and free wireless -- to meet your specific
needs in our small town in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Perched on a hill overlooking Mountain City, Tennessee, and the Appalachian mountains, Prospect Hill Bed & Breakfast Inn is just minutes from awesome golf, biking, fly fishing, tours for scenery, shopping, rafting, horseback
riding and hiking.

In addition to five guest rooms, the inn has a complete event facility and garden with mountain views for weddings, family reunions, parties, and business meetings.
Your innkeepers, Judy and Robert Hotchkiss, are experienced old-house renovators who enjoyed the challenge of bringing the 1889 mansion into the 21st Century....You'll enjoy the best of an historic house but none of the old-house inconvenience! Decorating is eclectic--and never fussy. See our rooms.
